Vanilla cupcake with cream cheese & strawberry filling.

Vanilla cupcake is so flat if we don't frost it with buttercream, chocolate ganache or cream cheese. I was thingking to fill inside the cuppies with my strawberry filling and cream cheese as part of my "experiment" ;-P. So happend when i shopping at Bake with Yen's shop, i found the specific nozel for that porpose. Yippeee! ;-D So, last friday i baked these cupcakes for my nephew and niece's birthday. Then i decorated the cuppies with edible image of Dora the explorer and Ultraman. The flavor was wonderful! I like cheesy taste mix with sweet  n sour taste of strawberry filling.

Basic vanilla cupcakes recipe: [ 22 cups -medium size]
Ingredients:
225g self-raising flour
225g caster sugar
225g soft unsalted butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
Method:
1- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a 12-muffin pan with paper cases.
2- In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar until creamy, beat in the eggs one at a time.
3- Then add the vanilla extract and flour.
4-  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cupcakes are cooked and golden on top. As soon as bearable, take the cupcakes in their cases out of the tin and let cool, right way up, on a wire rack. Decorate the cupcakes after they’re completely cool.

They r super cute! hehe...
