Carrot cake terbaikk!

Waktu bujang dulu sy pernah mkn carrot cake yg sgt enak (pd tekak sylah -citarasa tiap org masing2 berbeza ok ;D) Time tu housemate bwk dr opis dia. Katanya boss beli d sebuah kedai kek kat jln Pahang. La nie kedai tu dah tutup :(( (so sadd...teringat2 lg sedapnyer kek carrot tuh )
Bila sy dah gheti baking so sy pon uat sket reserch kt internet, try n error beberapa resepi. Kek carrot yg sedap tu teksturnyer sprt kek span atau chiffon. Sy tdk gemar kek carrot yg bertekstur sprt kek pound kerana terlalu rich n terlalu rasa butter pd kek. Sy suka yg bertekstur lembut gebu seperti chiffon dan terasa rasa carrot, walnut, nenas, rempah kayu manisnyer dan sedikit kelapa kering sprt kek carrot best yg pernah sy mkn dulu. Syukur akhirnya sy terjumpa resepi carrot kek yg sedap sprt yg sy inginkan dr blog bernama blogresepi.wordpress.com.
Sambil melayan si kecil sy si little Qaseh, sempat gak mengekek ;P tak sabar rasanya nak tunggu ulang thn Qaseh yg pertama..insya'allah mama akn bake cake yg cantik utk si comel tersyg mama...

Lil Qaseh Humaira baru cecah 3 bln last 27th april. Ayahnyer cukur rambut yg lebat tu sbb blom pernah cukur sejak lahir . Dia sudah pandai ketawa dgn suara yg kuat, so cuteee! MaMa luv u so much nak!
